On behalf of the Pennsylvania Keystone Chapter of the National Multiple
Sclerosis Society, I would like to share with you an opportunity to join Walk
MS—a fundraising campaign centered around raising money for programs and
services for the over 14,000 local people living with Multiple Sclerosis across
PA. Walk MS the rallying point of the MS Movement, a community coming
together to raise funds and celebrate hope for the future. It is an opportunity
to connect people living with MS and those who care about them.
It is through the continued support of community-oriented organizations like
yourselves that we are able to underwrite the expenses of our events so that
nearly all of the funds raised can go directly towards our mission and
services! This letter is intended to give verification that Kathy Shepard is an
authorized volunteer representative of the National Multiple Sclerosis
Society for the 2015 Walk MS Campaign.
We are happy to announce the 2015 Walk MS: Team Miles with Smiles benefit
on April 11, 2015 and Greater Pittsburgh Masonic Center. to This fabulous
event will offer a dinner buffet, door prizes, raffles, and a Chinese Auction!
We are hopeful that you may be able to assist Kathy with her fundraising
event through a charitable contribution of food, prizes, or other item. Funds
raises at this event will go towards the fundraising endeavors of Kathy’s Walk
MS Team, Miles with Smiles. In 2014, the team came in third overall,
raising $11,795 to help support people living with MS!
Our request of you and your business, is to Join the Movement and sponsor
our 2015 Walk MS Team by donating a product or service to help us raise critical funds for those living with MS in PA.
