1. Start the terminal by pressing the On/Off
button for a few seconds until you hear a
beep and the home button turns green.
2. Note! Be sure to Enter Onboard when
stationed on ground where you have gprs
coverage. If you forget to do this step, the
terminal will not be functional up in the air.
1. Press the home button to see the menu.
2. Press ”Credit Card” on the display.
1. Go to the main menu by pressing the Home
button.
3. Enter cashier-id: 1 (you can use more numbers if you
would like to separate the sales of different staff
members).
2. Press ”Exit Onboard” on the display.
4. Enter amount.
5. For credit card payments insert the customer’s card
with chip on the right side of the terminal.
6. Hand over the terminal to the customer so that
he/she may enter the PIN-code.
3. Note! Do not forget to charge the battery of
the terminal and printer before going
onboard.
4. If entering the onboard mode does not
succeed, you need to check that you have a
connection to the GPRS (GSM Network).
There is a small icon in the upper left corner
that indicates the connection status (see the
image)

5. Press ”Enter Onboard” on the display.
7. The receipt is printed and the sale is complete.
8. Note! If the customer doesn’t have a pin for their
credit card, you need to press the button “Cancel”
then “Enter” when the terminal asks for the pin
number.
3. You will now here a distinctive beep denoting
that the action has been approved.
4. In order to settle all the transactions made
onboard, press the home button and choose
“Batch” from the menu. Then press “settle”
and verify the amounts by pressing enter
twice. Wait for the report to be printed.
5. Note! You cannot “Exit onboard” if you’re still
in the air. This process can only be done when
you’re back on the ground and gprs coverage.
6. Note! To be able to “Exit Onboard” you have
to have more than 25% of battery charge in
the terminal. Otherwise, you will get an error
message. Charge the terminal and try again.
7. Shut down the terminal by pressing the
On/Off button for a few seconds until the
home button turns red and the screen turns
black.
6. The terminal is now ready to process sales.

Erase signs
Press the Clear button in order to erase single
numbers or letters typed into the terminal.
Cancel transaction
To cancel an ongoing sale press the Cancel button
and remove the customer’s card from the card
reader.

Change printer paper
The terminal has a thermal printer which means it
can only print on one side of the paper. It is
important that the paper is inserted with the
thermal side upwards.
To ensure that the paper is inserted correctly you
could scratch the paper. The thermal side will
show a grey colored scratch mark. See picture on
the right hand side of this text.
