What is the 706 Mission Street Project?
The project is approximately 700,000 gross square foot development consisting of rehabilitation
and integration of approximately 120,000 square foot historic Aronson Building, construction of
an approximately 43 story residential tower, 48,000 net square foot core/shell for The Mexican
Museum on floors one through four, and basement storage/ parking areas.

What is the SBE Participation Goal for this Bid Package?
The SBE Goal (inclusive of LBE and SBE Certified firms) is 100% for this Trade Package
Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is optional but highly encouraged. Webcor Builders
will present a technical overview of the Trade Package and lead a discussion of potential
opportunities for SBEs within this package, certification assistance and bonding requirements.
