Contestants will be subject to an entry fee of N$450.00.
Contestant, if you are one of the finalists, you will be subject to a Sponsorship fee of a minimum of N$1750.00 to defray
costs. The “Miss Debutant” title will go to the girl who raised the most sponsorship and will receive a Cash Prize of
N$1000.00. This will show us that if you are the winner, you will be able to raise funds for charity.
If my daughter become the titleholder and relinquishes this position for any reason, all prizes must be returned in FULL and
in the condition received.
All traveling and accommodation will be for your own costs.
The winner’s parents will sign a one year contract with the organizers.
If my daughter withdraws from the competition one month prior to the final event, I understand that I will be responsible
for all costs already paid for my daughter in the final event. The organizers have the right to replace her with any other
contestant of their choice.
I agree that I do not have the right to make any press releases what so ever without the consent of the organizer’s and
written approval to the press before publishing.
I accept the fact that the decisions of the judges are final.
I accept all the Namibian Pageant Rules and Regulations.
I/we as parents of this contestant commit myself/ourselves to the rules of the Namibian Pageant, presented by NATME and will
not get involved in fighting, disruption or interfere in any program or event in this competition, start or participate in any Crimen
Injuria Act against the organizers, presenters, sponsors, employees or any organization or individual involved in the pageant, or
make false accusations of any sort to any person. I also understand that if I have a problem, I am obligated to discuss the
problem with the organizers first. If this is not done, all legal costs involved will be for my/our account. I/We also accept that
this competition is for our children only and NATME/Beyond2000 Performing Arts will not change the rules to suit the parents.

* Your entry fee of N$450-00 must be paid into our bank account and your deposit slip must accompany your entry form.
* If you are one of our finalists, you will be subject to a Sponsorship fee of N$1750-00 to defray costs, and to show as that
you will be able to raise funds for Charity as a Winner, the Sponsorship fee will be payable on the day of REGISTRATION
* If you are a finalist in the Little Miss Petite Namibia, Little Miss Namibia, Miss Pre-Teen Namibia or Miss Teen Namibia and
you do not comply with the National Namibian Rules, you will be disqualified immediately.
* The decision of the Adjudicators is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
* NO contestant or parent will be allowed to communicate with the adjudicators before or during the competition.

Under NO circumstances will any refunds be made.
The Prizes are as stated and are non-transferable or exchangeable. No cash alternatives will be offered.
The Winner's name will be announced publicly through our local press, Facebook and twitter networks, and on our website
MissTeenNamiba.com and beyond2000.co.za in our “On Stage” Magazine and in any publicity relating to this competition.
* Contestants and parents may not start or participate in any Crimen Injuria Act against the organizers, sponsors, presenters,
employees or any organization or individual involved in these Pageants.
* Closing Date for the Competition is 4 September 2015
* Final Event will take place in Windhoek in during October 2015, final date and details will be sent to all finalists and their
parents.
* The winner of Miss Teen Namibia will win a FULLY Paid trip to the Miss TEEN Pageant in Houston, Texas in the USA.
* The Winner of Miss Teen Namibia must be in possession of a valid passport by the time of the Namibian Competition.
* If the Winner's parents would like to attend the Pageant in Houston Texas, They can make their own travel and
accommodation arrangements, should they not wish to make use of the arrangements for Miss Teen Namibia and Miss Teen
South Africa done by Beyond 2000.
