INSTRUCTIONS
Dear Applicant:
Attached is the application form for entry into Muffles Junior College. Please fill it out carefully
and accurately following the directions given.
1.
Write clearly.
2.
Enclose a $25.00 application fee with the completed form.
3.
Submit your official secondary school transcript in a sealed envelope stamped by your
school.
4.
By March 27, 2015 send all documents in an envelope to:

A $10.00 late application fee is charged for any application received after March 27,
2015.
6.
All applicants are required to sit the ATLIB Examination. The results of the examination
shall be released through the school that processes your registration for the examination.
7.
You will be informed in writing concerning your acceptance.
