CAMPING AND GROUNDS USE INFORMATION
Please enter the Fairgrounds via the west entrance, closest to Fleet Farm. The match
director or another club member will be there to direct you and check you in after 4pm on
Friday. If you are planning on arriving after 10pm, please contact the match director
ahead of time for instructions on stalling your horse and camping.
Overnight camping is available on Friday and Saturday night. All horses on the grounds
overnight must be stalled at the request of the Fairgrounds. The Fairgrounds is located in
a busy retail area with a lot of traffic, this request is for the safety of the horses and to
reduce the possibility of a horse getting loose overnight. No horses are allowed in the
campgrounds area or the Historical Society area of the Fairgrounds. Horses may only be
in the area north of the arena and west of the pond, you may not ride your horse
throughout the Fairgrounds. If you are camping, you must unload your horse at the stall
barn before proceeding to the campground area if you wish to camp there. Overnight
primitive camping is allowed just to the west of the horse barn, but space is limited, this is
also the day parking area. The campgrounds with electrical hookups are located to the
north and west of the arena beyond the pond.
Primitive camping (no electrical hookup) is $20 per night per rig
Electrical hookups with 35Amp (you need to provide a downsizer) are $25 per night
Electrical hookups with 50Amp are $30 per night
Stalls (required for all horses staying overnight) are $15 for the weekend
Shavings are not provided or available on the grounds, please bring your own or go next
door to Fleet Farm to buy them.
All camping, parking, stalls, and any other area used by our event must be left in the same
condition it was found when you leave. Garbage receptacles and manure dumping
stations will be available.
