Cycling Vendor Registration 41st Annual Mount Dora Bicycle Festival October 9-11, 2015 The 41st Annual Mount Dora Bicycle Festival will host over 1,500 cyclists the weekend of October 9th—October 11th. The Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce is now accepting Registrations for sponsors, exhibitors, and vendors. $100 Deposit required. Deposit will be refunded post-festival if commitment is fulfilled. Each sponsor, exhibitor, and vendor will receive a space. You will need to provide your own tent, tables, chairs, & extension cords. $25 fee for electric hook-up. The Vendor Village hours are 7am—5pm on Friday and Saturday, and 7am-2pm on Sunday for cycling-related vendors. Your booth must be ready for guests by 7am each day. Breakdown may not be prior to 5pm on Friday & Saturday and not prior to 2pm on Sunday. If you wish to remain open later each day, you are encouraged to do so. If you fail to follow Festival Procedures, your deposit will be retained. Space Clean Up Vendors must maintain their space in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the Festival each day. Vendor Cancellation Policy If for any reason you are unable to participate as a vendor in the festival, written notice must be received by the Mount Dora Area Chamber of Commerce by 5:00pm on Friday, September 18, 2015. If written notice is not received by this date and time, your deposit will be retained. Absolutely no refunds will be granted.
