Dumpsters will be available for your use. 2) All items sold must be listed and approved. NONE of the following items are allowed to be sold: 3) We have the right to remove any vendor selling unapproved items from the fair. 4) Prices must be on all items being sold. 5) No Rain Date and No Refunds. 6) No food, samples or beverages are allowed to be sold unless previously approved Food Vendor Application. 7) Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, etc. 8) All vendors must remove their vehicles after unloading and before setting up. 9) Vendors must follow NY State regulations for sale of items. 10) All applications must have their reserved spaces and signed applications Paid in Full prior to the fair’s deadline date. 11) All participants must follow all codes and regulations for the Suffolk County Dept. of Health and Consumer Affairs that pertain to the sale of their items.
