The decision of the tournament director SHALL BE FINAL. Only largemouth bass and spotted bass will be weighed. Minimum size shall be 14” LM & 12” SPOT in length using a golden rule or similar measuring board. There will be a 5 fish limit. Short fish will be penalized by a 1lb deduction from total weight and short fish will not be counted. Dead fish will result in a 1lb. penalty. Official start time shall be safe light till 3:00 PM Eastern time. A coast guard approved PFD must be worn any time big motor is in operation with Kill Switch Attached. Late arrival to weigh-in will result in a 1 lb. penalty for each minute. 15 minutes late will result in disqualification (No exceptions). 10.) All bass must be caught on artificial lures by casting (no live bait). No trolling with big motor. Contestants may use only one rod at any one time. Other rods may be in the boat for substitute purposes. 11.) All fish must be brought to the weigh-in using a weigh in bag with water. 12.) No contestant shall have more than 5 fish in their live well at any time during the tournament (Culling is permitted). 13.) All boats must have in good working order “live wells” and will be checked before boat launch. 14.) You must have a valid GA or AL fishing license. 15.) Official “blast off’ shall be in the order of entry called out by the tournament director. 16.) In the event of a tie, big fish will determine the winner. 17.) Maximum of two anglers allowed per boat. 18.) If in doubt, refer to rule # 1 above.
