Compass Innovative Behavior Strategies is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic individuals to provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) support therapy to children and adults on the autism spectrum and other related disorders. We are hiring for part­time and full­time positions for weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
These positions requires the candidate to work independently in a 1:1 teaching setting to implement student­specific lessons and behavior plans either in the student's home or community setting, utilizing ABA principles. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is assigned to each case to provide supervision and on­going training.

What Compass expects from employees
Have a structured interaction and instruction with children and adults with autism spectrum and related disorders in our facility, their home, and/or a community setting
Provide observational data on the learning progress of their clients
The ability to recognize and collect daily behavior data
The ability to precisely follow specific behavior protocols Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and alongside a professional care team, in a collaborative environment
Employee Qualifications:
Experience with children or adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, autism or related disorders highly preferred
Experience implementing life skills and social skills programs highly preferred
Experience using positive reinforcement systems, preferred
Experience working with individuals with severe, maladaptive behaviors, preferred
Some college experience, preferred
Technology proficient Ability to lift 50lbs or more
Ability to transport clients
Ability to pass county, state and federal background check
