In today’s readings we look
into the life of the early church.
Do we match their lively faith,
their sense of urgency? We
share their faith, which John calls
“the victory that conquers the world.” Despite our
doubts, we are in a long line of witnesses who attest to
the new life offered by Christ.

HOLY FAMILY SCHOOL DINNER &
AUCTION...After holding a post-auction wrap up
meeting, we are amped to share our auction success!
80s Rewind was a sweet night of fun and fellowship.
There was beauty in singing The Lord's Prayer
together, sharing a delicious meal, celebrating our
teachers and school, and watching our students in a
remarkable 80s countdown video!! We had generous
sponsors and donors, energetic bidders and a spiffy
crowd! We all went back in time for just a bit and it
was simply amazing!
And....how did we do financially?? 80s Rewind
generated over $86,000 with a conservative estimated
profit of $74,110!! Debbie and Ashlee are thinkin'
more like $75,000!! THAT'S SO CLUUUTCH!!
The auction chairs wish to thank our committee
leaders, volunteers, teachers and staff, students,
Father Mike and youth ministers for their time, talent,
and treasure. Abel Oil, Advance Physical Therapy,
and Dr. Rick Baumann...we offer a huge thanks to
you, our big time corporate sponsors and "Friends of
Holy Family School!! We appreciate the many donors
and bighearted businesses as outlined in our auction
program. You rock!! Each ticket sold, raffle
purchased, cash or auction item donated, and auction
item purchased contributes to our success. Thanks for
your outrageous support of Holy Family School and
our students!! Feelin' most triumphant,
Debbie Baumann, Ashlee Falconer,
Lynn Zielinski - Co-chairs, 2015 80s Rewind
