OPERATION CHRISTMAS
CHILD
The SWIM Group
(Spirited Women in
Missions)
is collecting monthly items
for the Christmas
shoeboxes.
A drop off box is located beside the
Welcome Center.
This month we are collecting small toys
(yo-yo’s, jump ropes, marbles, etc.) for boys
and girls ages 5-9.

supporting missions!!

The Preschool Choir
will have their Spring Concert,
in the evening worship service,
on Sunday, May 17th. We will practice at
5:00 p.m., that day, and sing at 6:00.
Graduate Recognition
Sunday, May 31st
All of our graduates will be recognized in the
morning worship service at 10:30 a.m.
If you are graduating from high school or
college and would like to participate, please
call the church office by Wednesday, May 27st.

Beginning June 7th, the Preschoolers and Children
from ages 3 to 6th grade will meet in the gym on
Sunday nights from 5:00 to 5:45 p.m. for
"Poplar Springs Summer Camp".
We will have a Bible story and lots of fun until it’s time to
join mom and dad at 6:00 p.m. for evening worship
in the sanctuary.
Preschool Choir and Children's Choir will
resume in August.

TeamKid is right around the corner.
It will be June 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th
from 10:00 a.m. till noon on each of these
days. We need teachers this year to
guide their class to each station. You will
not have to prepare a lesson. We also need some help
with crafts and in the gym. TeamKid is for ages 2 yrs. to
6th grade and is a wonderful ministry to children.
