2015 All-State Infomation Letter and Schedule - North Dakota All

To: 2015 All-State Students, Directors and Parents
From: Chris Dasovick, All State Festival Site Manager and
Cheryl McIntyre All State Chairperson 2015
RE: Instructions and information
LEARN YOUR MUSIC
Please have your music prepared and ready to go. Our rehearsals are for musical
considerations, not for working out notes, rhythms, pronunciations, and articulations.
These concerts are being conducted by world-class musicians. This will be your chance to
showcase North Dakota’s finest young musical talent!
*Students may be asked to stay in the rehearsal room during concert hours in order
to learn their parts.*
MEDICAL CONCERNS
*Each student needs to complete the required medical release form and return it
with the registration. This is to assist All State in the case of an emergency with
your students. Be sure to include the teacher’s cell number in the event your
student becomes ill or needs your assistance.* It is the responsibility of the
directors/chaperones of All-State students to obtain necessary information about medical
needs (pre-existing conditions, parents' phone numbers, doctor's phone number, etc.) and to
be on the premises to assist All-State personnel with any medical emergencies students may
have. Please send medical forms and student photos to:
