The MARCH 2015 meeting of Network Russia Scout Fellowship will take place on 27th, 28th and 29th MARCH 2015 at the Gladstone Training Centre, Hawarden, Flintshire Gladstone Campsite is part of The Gladstone Centre, situated between the villages of Broughton and Hawarden on the outskirts of Chester. The centre is situated on land belonging to former Chief Scout, Sir William Gladstone. It consists of a large camping field bordering on mixed woodland. There are two buildings one a training centre including toilet facilities for campers and the other a bunkhouse. Historic Chester is approximately 15 minutes away with fine shopping. The major outlet village at Cheshire Oaks is approximately 20 minutes drive away. Nav.’s 53`10`29.56`` 3`00`10.78`` From the North (via M56) From the M56, join the M53 motorway towards Chester which will merge with the A55 Expressway for North Wales. Keep on the A55 until Junction 36a. Exit the A55 and follow the B5125. Road ramps off over the expressway to a roundabout. Take first off this roundabout continue to the next roundabout. Take 2nd exit and continue on B5125 for about 3/4 mile. Gladstone Centre will be on your left. If you pass the farm shop on your left, you have gone too far! From the South (via Oswestry, e.g. M6, M54, A5) Join the A5 and drive until you join the A483 to Wrexham. North Wales. Continue on the A483 towards Chester. Join the A55 North Wales Expressway and exit at junction 36a (Broughton). At roundabout, take first off this roundabout continue to the next roundabout. Take 2nd exit and continue on B5125 for about 3/4 mile. Gladstone Centre will be on your left. If you pass the farm shop on your left, you have gone too far!
