If you would like to donate to the Technology Fund, please contact the front office. Freezy Fun Fridays Second grade is loving setting up the frozen treats for Freezy Fun Fridays. Good manners are also emphasized -- please, thank you, may I help you? The students are eager to help and have made this so much fun. NHES News Broadcasts Fourth grade students had the opportunity to make their own news videos. Some of our film industry savvy parents (Frank Waldeck and Wendy Yamano) generously donated equipment and volunteered their time, talents, and knowledge to assist students in filming and editing their NHES news video segments. Students interviewed their peers and staff members, experienced exactly what goes into the making of a news broadcast, and saw how everything gets put together to make a cohesive project. We now have some aspiring Steven Spielbergs! Students are hoping to finish the school year with one more broadcast. PAGE Golden Friends Day & USA Parade May 27 at 1 p.m. is Golden Friends Day.
