(Listen so you know their name) Nice to meet you John. I couldn't help but notice your _________. Dog, Hair, shoes, truck, home, yard, Etc. Or that is a beautiful dress.. can I ask where you got it? Be sincere and genuine. Or John (use their name) Have you lived in this neighborhood a long time? What do you like about living in Jersey? LISTEN There is no question why they call this Garden State. God’s creations are so amazing here. The trees and rivers and the beauty of this state is incredible. We love it here. This is one of many ways to simply get the people talking to you so that you can ask a soul searching question and to come in the home for 2 minutes. Family: How important is your family to you? Having a strong and happy family is highest priority for many people here in New Jersey. Doing this today is often a big challenge. They usually give one of the top 3 Objections. 1. I am very busy right now. 2. I am not interested. 3. I have a religion already.. I am _____ Neutralize this or these and move on. Keep going. We know that you must be very busy with a lot on your plate and maybe you are not really interested in talking with us right now……. Or maybe you already have a religion that you are happy with.
