NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Statewide Job Vacancy Posting POSTING #: HR-4732 TITLE: Administrative Analyst 1 (Data Processing) ISSUE DATE: 10/17/2014 CLOSING DATE: 11/10/2014 TITLE CODE: 50106D LOCATION: Ewing WORKWEEK: 4E SALARY RANGE: R30 UNIT: Information Technology Customer Service SALARY: $77,767.30 - $110,979.19 POSITIONS: One (1) DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of a higher level supervisory officer in a state department or agency, supervises the development, implementation and quality control of the various manual, mechanical, and automated data processing systems in a department or major division; coordinates all data processing activities of the organization with other state agencies; does related work as required. EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's degree. EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years of experience in work involving the review, analysis and evaluation of organization and administrative practices to determine the need for revision or implementation of data processing systems in a large business or government agency. NOTE: Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute experience as indicated on a year for year basis. NOTE: A Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting may be substituted for one year of experience as indicated above. PREFERRED SKILL SET: The following experience is desired: Experience with Airwatch Enterprise Mobile Management solution; PGP or BitLocker Drive Encryption systems; various Anti-virus, Anti-Malware software to include Symantec, Endpoint, Malwarebytes, and other malware removal tools; Computrace Mobile Theft Management service; and investigations that may result in Department hearings. For voluntary reassignment eligibility, employees must be serving permanently in the title of Administrative Analyst 1(Data Processing) preceding the posting date.
