An RSVP would be GREATLY appreciated so we can get you to

Dear Parents,
You are welcome to join us for our rescheduled Field Days on April 29th, 30th, & May 1st. Please RSVP now to
avoid long lines for visitor’s tags. The RSVP’s for the original Field Day are not valid for this Field Day. We will have tables
organized in two areas: For those volunteering for Field Day Activities and as Room Parent Helpers, you will check in at
tables set up outside of the gym (under the covered walkway). For those who will be there to watch their kids as
Spectators, you will check in at the tables on the outside of building by the sidewalk. Please follow sign(s) to Spectator
Sign Up. In both cases, we will ask you to present a government- issued ID. Preprinted tags will be ready for everyone
who has RSVP’d as a Spectator, Field Day Volunteer, or Room Parent Helper. If you have never checked in at our school,
please go to the office so we can scan your ID and print your badge. A pre-printed badge for people who have never
been to Northampton WILL NOT be available at any of the tables.
If you plan to check your child out early on this day, please write a note in the space provided on the form
below. This will count as an early dismissal. You are required to sign your child/children out for his/her homeroom
classroom. Your child’s teacher will give you an exit ticket to present to staff members upon your departure. An exit
ticket must be presented for each student leaving the building early. Students without early dismissal notes must wait
in the classroom to be called to the front once the parent has signed them out in the office.
Please know that the safety of our students is our number one priority. The procedures are in place to ensure
that safety. It is our expectation that all guests honor and follow the above procedures to help ensure an enjoyable Field
Day.
All RSVP’s and early dismissal notes must be turned in no later than Tuesday, April 28th.
Respectfully,
Evelyn Castillo
Principal
