MESSAGE FROM THE LIBRARY
Please ensure students have a library bag when
borrowing. Students with no bag will not be able to
borrow due to the number of books being damaged.
WAYBRA – West Australian Young Readers Book
Awards
Books are now available in the Library. This is a
competition that allows West Australian School
Children to vote on books they have read and an
opportunity to win a prize themselves. The more
books they read the more chances of winning.
Details have been explained to students during
borrowing time.
P&C NEWS
P&C MEETING
Our next P&C meeting will be held on Wednesday May 27th at 7:30pm in the staffroom.
FACEBOOK PAGE
The P&C is initiating a NMPS P&C Facebook page to share events and achievements
throughout our school. This will be a private group only available to members of our school
community. Attached are the guidelines that will be followed as well as the details on how to
join.
CHOOSE RESPECT
There will be a presentation at the P&C meeting next Wednesday from Choose Respect. This
is a program that is being considered to promote respect and kindness throughout the school.
All parents are welcome to attend to find out more.
ENTERTAINMENT BOOKS
Entertainment Books are available to purchase online at www.entbook.com.au/833201.
Alternatively cash sales are available through admin. The cost is $65 per book. A sample is
available to look at in the front office.
CANTEEN
New in the canteen - Olaf ice-cream $2.00 and Paddle Pop Shakey Shakes $1.50. Both of
these items are rated green on the Canteen Australia Traffic Light System.
