(60%) You’d do this by writing our story in ways that: • Expand people’s ideas about what’s possible • Bring bold, progressive ideas into the public debate • Crystallize innovative strategies to change the country and world • Inspire confidence that NPA is a top tier idea and strategy shop 2. Edit: (30%) • Set and insure a high bar for NPA’s writing 3. Coach/Develop: (10%) • Provide feedback designed to help staff become stronger writers Qualifications First and foremost you are an exceptional writer. More specifically, you’re able to communicate in a voice that expresses our progressive populist values and strategic, research-­‐based ideas, and inspire diverse audiences to act.
