Additional Information
Deadlines: Sponsor and Exhibitor applications will accepted on a first-come first
served basis, based upon available space/opportunity. Commitments must be
made in writing and payment must be made in full (unless an alternative payment
plan agreed upon).

Logo Submission: Organization logo should be submitted with application, in an
electronic format. Submission of logo grants permission to NSMHPCN to use in
materials as indicated on sponsorship overview.
Payment: Must be received with application to confirm any desired exhibit
space.
Exhibit space for sponsors: Sponsors will be given first option on available
conference space, at the time of submission, prior to exhibit only requests. Sponsors must confirm their wish to book conference space at each event with their
sponsorship submission. Any remaining space will then be allocated.
Cancellation: Once an application to sponsor/exhibit has been exhibit, any cancellation will be subject to a 25% administration fee, of the promised amount. If
the cancellation is received within 2 weeks of the event date, no refund will be
issued.
Waiver/Limitation of Liability: Neither the NSMHPCN or host facility are responsible for loss/and or damage and/or injury to exhibits, merchandise or personnel during an NSMHPCN event.
NSMHPCN reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of any offer of
sponsorship or exhibit application. Acceptance of the sponsorship does not imply
endorsement of the sponsors’ products or services by NSMHPCN.
As a sponsor or/exhibitor at an NSMHPCN event, you are giving permission to
NSMHPCN to have your image captured in event photographs. These photographs
may be used by NSMHPCN on their website or in future materials.
