By sponsoring at the conference, your exposure is increased over 600%. You will receive the specific benefit for the sponsorship type along with exposure in our quarterly newsletter, APTAN. Full Conference Sponsor $750 You receive a complete set of mailing labels for all 1,600 + AzPTA members, a half-page advertisement in any issue of our quarterly newsletter, APTAN, an advertisement on the AzPTA website home page linking to your website for 90 days, recognition in the conference program, one item inserted into the attendee packets, an advertisement in the conference program (up to one full page), recognition at the conference social event, and listed as a sponsor at the May 14th golf tournament. Track Sponsor (exclusive) $550 Limited to one sponsor for the Pediatric Track and one sponsor for the Neuro Track. You will receive recognition in the conference program and have a sign in the session room. Your logo will be added to a cover page to the course handouts. Lunch Sponsor $450 Recognition in the conference program and a sign during lunch on both days. Breakfast Sponsor $350 Recognition in the conference program and a sign during breakfast on both days. Refreshment Sponsor $250 Recognition in the conference program and a sign during all breaks on both days. Tote Bag Sponsor $100** Have your logo on the conference tote bag provided to all attendees when they pick up their badges. **You provide the bags OR pay the cost of the bags plus $100 for the opportunity. AzPTA must approve the bags. Lanyard Sponsor $100** Have your company name on the conference lanyards provided to all conference participants. **You provide the lanyards OR pay the cost of the lanyards plus $100 for the opportunity. Inserts must be received in the AzPTA office by April 28, 2015. Items other than a single sheet of paper, 8.5 x 11 or smaller must be approved. Please call the office prior to shipping for approval.
