Today’s Integration, Tomorrow’s Solution ANNOUNCEMENT & NEWS RELEASE NTEGRATOR AWARDED S$25.6 MILLION CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY OF SERVICES TO THE NEXT GEN NBN FIBRE NETWORK - Scope of work includes the supply of services for the installation, operation and maintenance of the Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Fibre Network (“Next Gen NBN”) in Singapore - Three-year service contract slated for completion by March 2018 - Latest contract brings value of Ntegrator’s contract wins in the year-todate to approximately S$50.8 million Singapore, April 7, 2015 – Ntegrator International Ltd (“Ntegrator” or “the Group”), a leading regional communications network specialist and systems integrator, today announced that it has been awarded a S$25.6 million contract from a local provider of fibre infrastructure. This contract is for a period of three years from March 30, 2015 to March 29, 2018, and involves the supply of services for the installation, operation and maintenance of the Next Gen NBN in Singapore. No.: 199904281D The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s financial performance over the next three fiscal years 2015 to 2018, subject to timely completion of the project and effective cost management. Including the latest contract, the Group has won a total of eight contracts in the yearto-date, including customers from Myanmar, Singapore and Vietnam. This brings the cumulative value of the Group’s order wins in 2015 to approximately S$50.8 million.
