Integrated Monitoring System
Challenging and Objectives
Looking for a system that provide the following:
 Connect the existing and streaming data; which placed in various sources,
different formats and distinct time frequency, among a single solution.
 Incessant Surveillance and standardized the data visualization.
 Providing Data Integration and Workflow Automation
 Control, and Optimize the operations in highly-configurable and collaborative
environment.
 Improve Integration and collaboration between different departments.
 Enable more effective analysis, and less downtime by maximizes efficiency
trough a flexible and adaptable platform.

Integrated Monitoring System
Conclusion & Way Forward
 OVS System has been implemented between January and August 2013 and has been
fully operated since April 2013, since then it took sometime to set up of user
privileges for each discipline. Apparently, the communication and collaboration
between different departments has been improved as well as the data configuration
and quality.
 By implementing such a system, engineering and asset management teams are
equipped to realize the industry-wide push toward integrated operations with a single
solution providing data integration, visualization, surveillance, and workflow
automation tools. Enabling more effective analysis and control.

Integrated Monitoring System
Conclusion & Way Forward
The system has been provided a business operations optimization in highlyconfigurable and collaborative platform in terms of:
 Integrating an existing and streaming data with developing a new technologies.
 Designing an Engineering Automation Standard Workflow that minimizes operational
downtime.
 Improved data analysis, and reporting process
 Reduced processing time and its cost, with earlier problem identification
 Effective Communication and Collaboration over Remote Distances.
 Improved decision making process in real time basis.
 The Ultimate goal is to continuously optimize the production from the reservoir to the
sales point dependent on real time asset management.
Our Aim was not about applying a single set of predefined technologies in a specific
manner, rather continuously creating value through data integration & collaboration.
