KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
Grant Iverson, PhD, Neuropsychologist,
Associate Director, TBI
Dr. Iverson is a Professor at Harvard Medical
School and he serves as Associate Director of
Traumatic Brain Injury at Home Base. He is the
President-Elect of the National Academy of
Neuropsychology. Dr. Iverson is a clinician
scientist in the area of outcome from mild
traumatic brain injury in athletes, civilians, service
members and veterans.
Travis Weiner, Veteran Outreach Coordinator,
Home Base
Travis is a 2012 graduate of the University of
Massachusetts-Boston, with a Bachelor’s Degree
in Criminal Justice and Environmental Studies.
Prior to his education at UMass, Travis served
overseas with the 101st Airborne Division (Air
Assault) in Support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Learn best practice for patient safety, quality
outcomes, nurse satisfaction, as well as
innovations in nursing excellence.

treatments for veterans with complex and
interwoven problems.

and joined the staff as a member of the Family
Outreach Team in August 2012. Francona is a
military-connected mother of four and is an
integral part of the Family Outreach team.
