Opera Queensland Company Membership Application Form 2015 Opera Queensland invites supporters of the Company interested in participating in the overall governance of the organisation to become Members of Opera Queensland for 2015. As set out in the “Constitution for Opera Queensland Limited”, Ordinary Membership is offered to any member of the public not less than 18 years of age at the date of application, who has a bona fide interest in the objects of the Company. An Ordinary Member, or their Nominated Representative, once admitted, is entitled to attend any general meeting of the Company, and vote at any general meeting of the Company, including but not limited to the election of directors, during the year of their Membership. The liability of a Member is limited to $50 in the event of the Company being wound up.
