1. The PGOM, through the 20% Development Fund 2015 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED
FORTY SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTEEN PESOS & 54/100 (Php 846,313.54) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Construction of MPB at Maligaya, Gloria,
Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening:
2. The PGOM now invites PhilGEPS registered contractors to bid for Construction of MPB at Maligaya,
Gloria, Oriental Mindoro. Completion of Works is 46 calendar days. Bidders should have completed within five
(5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail
criterion as specified in the IRR of RA 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before June 03, 2015 at BAC Office thru its Secretariat Capitol
Complex, Camilmil, Calapan City. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and
in the amount stated in Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be opened with or without the presence of the Bidders or
Representatives at the address stated in the Schedule of BAC Activities. Late bids shall not be accepted.
6. All particulars relative to eligibility and screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conferences,
Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the provisions of Republic
Act9184 and its IRR
7. The PGOM reserves the right to accept or reject bid to annul bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time
prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
