9:00 am - 4:00 pm:
OSSEF Registration and project set up in Chickasaw Business &
Conference Center, Rm 126.
Final clearance of exhibitor's projects 9:30 am – 4:30 pm.
5:00 pm – 8:00 pm:
Lazer Zone – 1 ticket per registered student
unlimited bowling, laser tag, or mini golf, a slice of pizza and drink
Adults can purchase the same thing at Lazer Zone for $11
7:00 pm – about 10 pm:
A Scary Potter Musical in Dorothy Summers Theater
in Old Science Hall

Participants will meet their parents, teachers & chaperones in the designated
area OUTSIDE of the Conference Center
*** Conference Center will be restricted to judges and OSSEF staff only***

Special Campus Tours for Participants & Teachers
Parents, teachers, & chaperones must leave the conference center!
No food allowed! Only small bottles of water permitted!

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm:
Exhibits open to the public once all judging is complete

No projects can be taken down and removed until AFTER the awards ceremony
