Carolynne moved minutes of last meeting be accepted as a true and accurate.

Last sale huge. Next sale 25th March.
Fund Raising
Entertainment books this year. Awaiting information.
General business:
Dave Pitt, HOD Music department gave us a great run down on all things musical. 10 staff, variety of
opportunities for students. Concert band going to Sydney to play in Sydney Opera House. Lot of smaller
ensembles within the music department. Involved with production of Addams Family.
Annette Searle, Acting HOD, Drama and Dance also gave us great insight into the objectives and
motivation behind drama and dance at Papanui.
Garden project - ongoing process, awaiting feedback from staff.

Gallipoli Project – Katie Mills prize money will probably fund the tree that the school will be planting in
commemoration of 100 years of ANZAC.
