Attire: Business – Sports Coat and Tie for Men and Like Attire for Ladies

**Eppley Auditorium in the event of inclement weather. Admission only by ticket obtained from
graduates.
Only seniors/first classmen are allowed outside of the dorm for sunrise on Sunday.
No overnight leaves for any students on Saturday night. Seniors/First Classmen may not take an overnight
leave Friday or Saturday nights, but CAN on Thursday. All underclass Friday Parental Overnight Leaves end
at 11:00 AM on Saturday.
All Day Students are REQUIRED to stay Saturday night.
Closing times differ for each class for Saturday night.
All Barracks and Dorms close at 1:30 PM on Sunday May 31, 2015 after the Commencement Exercises.

Commencement Weekend On Campus Parking
Loading Vehicles for Departure:
Logansport Gate will be open for loading vehicles during the following times. All cars
should enter through Logansport Gate and exit along the lake front drive at the WhiteDeVries Rowing Center.
Use the Auditorium Drive for loading at Linden, Ithaka, and Benson dorms.
Please do not block the walks and watch for pedestrian traffic.

Parking for Events:
Eppley Auditorium Events: Parking will be available at the Motel parking lot.
Handicapped parking will be available, with assistance provided by Campus Security.
Final Garrison Parade: Parking at the Chapel lawn. Handicapped parking will be
available at the Vaughn Equestrian Center entrance and the lawn north of the Health
Center.
Commencement: Parking at the Chapel lawn, Recreation Center parking lots, and on
Academy Rd. Handicapped parking will be available at the lawn north of the Health
Center. Security officers will be directing traffic and there will be golf carts available to
transport patrons to the ceremony in front of the Chapel.
The drives from Main Gate and the Recreation Center to Sally Port will be closed to traffic
from 5AM until the end of Commencement.
**Vehicles parked Sunday morning on the drive from the Health Center to Sally Port will
be towed at the owner’s expense.
Lost and Found: Items may be turned in at the OC office (574-842-8324), Student Life
office (574-842-8100) or with Campus Security (574-842-4088).
