The one day emergency first aid course approved by recognised governing bodies is for anyone who needs an approved first aid qualification. The course will give you the ability and knowledge to deal with major illness and injuries in adults, children’s and babies. This training must be undertaken every 3 years. 2 day Paediatric First Aid course Save a baby/child's life course Who are the courses for? The two day course will equip teachers, au pairs, nannies, playgroup leaders, registered child minders and others who work with and look after infants and young children to provide emergency care either in the workplace or in the home. The course follows the EYFS and Ofsted guidelines and is valid for 3 years. Who are the courses for? The 2 hr course equips parents, nannies, au pairs, and others who look after a children with the skills they need to save their life. The course covers CPR, choking, drowning and bleeding.
