WFU D.E.S.K Program On April 7th, Wake Forest University will hold its annual Discovering Education through Student Knowledge service project. This program supports children in the Winston-Salem area who are in need of a place to study and learn in their homes. The Fresh Food Company will host an event supporting D.E.S.K. in accordance with the program’s “Monsters University” theme. Celebrate Earth Day! Our commitment to environmental stewardship involves a year-round effort to develop and implement long-term environmental programs and policies within the areas of purchasing, building operations, resource conservation, transportation and waste management. On April 23rd, we will be partnering with Wake Forest University’s Office of Sustainability to hold the “Harvest Dinner” at Bistro ‘34 to increase awareness of local and sustainable food endeavors. End of year exams can be taxing on students, faculty and staff. Enjoy a quick reprieve at the Fresh Food Company!
