yoga is just stretching. But
while stretching is certainly
involved, yoga is really
about creating balance in
the body through
developing both strength
and flexibility. This is done
through the performance of
poses or postures, each of
which has specific physical
benefits.

THE JEREMY LADIES ASSOCIATION
December 2013
Well as the snow is falling heavily, I think we have officially
seen the last of the golf season. I hope everyone had a wonderful
Thanksgiving and is looking forward to the Holiday Season
beginning with Lights On party this Saturday evening. Please
call the clubhouse to RSVP. We would love to see everyone.
I'd like to thank all those ladies who helped with the
decorating. We were few in numbers, but got the job done and
the clubhouse looks very festive.
For the ladies who stay in town, remember there are still lots of
activities at the Jeremy. We are having a Christmas sweater
social on Dec. 12th. Don't forget your white elephant gift. Also,
Yoga is a big hit with the ladies and the simulator will be up and
running in January with a weekly game.
Committees for the upcoming season have already begun
planning so if you are new or would just like to get more
involved, please let us know.
Watch for the emails and we hope to see you all at the club.
