*Exhibit materials must be set up by Saturday, October 24th at 11:00am.
Badges will be available at the Exhibitor Care Registration desk during registration hours. You must relay
to security staff that you are an AAP Career Fair participant at booth #563.
Peak traffic times are typically between the hours of noon-2:00pm daily and during the AAP President’s
Reception. Recruiters are expected to be onsite during peak times.
