Do you keep sending NOCs without getting any results? Ever asked
for a copy of a WSUD or authorization and not received it? Are you
fed up and want to do something about it? We all want to play nice
in the network and it is best to call the ODFI/RDFI to resolve the issue,
but sometimes we have to get NACHA involved. Appendix Ten in the
NACHA Operating Rules addresses rules violations and enforcement.
This lunch time tip session will define the criteria under which a rules
enforcement proceeding may be initiated and how to file a report.
Patty Presta, AAP, Vice President of Education - Patty Presta,
AAP, is Vice President of Education at WesPay and has conducted
ACH training for over fourteen years. Her responsibilities include
training financial institutions through live workshops, webinars, and
webcasts, as well as consulting on such topics as ACH Origination, Risk
Management and other electronic payment-related issues. Patty has
taught at NACHA’s Payments Conferences and Payments Institute.
