release all rights and claims for damages we have against the Rawk Entertainment, Prairie
BBQ Ltd, City of Regina, their representatives, successors and assigned for any and all injuries
suffered by us in this event. Further, I herby grant permission to the organizers to use any
videos, recordings or photographs for any legitimate purpose related to the event.

This event, with minimum 15 teams, will be a “Qualifying BBQ Competition”, with the Grand
Champion to receive an invitation to the 2015 American Royal.
If this event has 10 teams, the Grand Champion will receive an entry in the Canadian Draw, for
1 of 3 entries to the Jack Daniels World Championship Invitational Barbecue.
Entrants will be provided with information, location details, etc. closer to the event date via
email.
