I do hereby release the Promoter of this Event, the Karate Institute, the Partners, the Tournament Participants and its Officials from any liability due to injuries that I may incur as a result of my attendance and participation in any of the events. Furthermore, I
hereby permanently waive an compensation whatsoever for the use of pictures, videos, media coverage, etc., utilized by those associated
with this event which may be used for profit making purposes.
I clearly and fully understand the fighting aspect of this sport and competition involves bodily contact. I agree to abide by the rules of this event
and assume all responsibility and any associated liability for infringement of such rules. Additionally, I am fully aware of my personal medical
conditional and hereby certify that I am mentally and physically fit to compete at this tournament and also understand that any medical attention
