INTRODUCTION
Mike and Ollie is a small catering company with huge
capabilities. We differentiate ourselves with our
personal and rustic approach, with not an ounce of the
‘corporate’ to be found within miles.
We are a band of young and experienced chefs,
sommeliers and event organisers who create unique food
and drink events in and around the country. We work
hard, passionately and thoughtfully to create
truly memorable experiences.
We are serious about making people happy through the
food that we produce. The food we create is full of
harmonious contradictions. It’s vibrant and bold yet
familiar and comforting; it’s beautiful to look at yet close
to its original form; it’s full of surprising drama yet always
comes together as one.
Our food is freshly-made and free from preservatives and
colouring. Wherever possible, we use organic and source
our goods locally within Britain and Europe. Many of our
dishes have a distinctly cosmopolitan
flavour and as we’re busy peppering our menus with
favourite foods from around the world, from France to
India, Italy to Lebanon. What we offer can be as
contemporary or as traditional as you like, and the
quality of the food will always be exceptional.

Our fresh organic flatbreads are served from the
searingly hot griddle. Your hot, fluffy, slightly charred
flatbreads are then filled with a selection of freshly cooked
south coast fish, slowly cooked free-range British meats
and/or highly seasonal vegetables.

MEAT DISHES
- Free-range roast pork belly, huge crackling and bursting lightly roasted gooseberries
- Griddled free-range chicken with beetroot, mint and orange blossom
- Seared wild mallard with blood orange and black pepper
- Slow cooked ox cheeks with aged sherry
- Sticky beef short-rib braised with ginger, cloves and apple juice
- Marinated roast Kent lamb with candy / gold / ruby beetroots and salsa verde
- Slow cooked lamb shoulder with whole coriander and fennel seeds finished over charcoal with
Seville or blood orange

- Char-grilled Grilled mackerel with bursting lightly roasted gooseberries or greengages
Char-grilled sustainable salmon with grilled marinated sweet red peppers, new seasons onions
garlic and aged cabernet sauvignon vinegar
- Confit of sustainable salmon with fennel pollen, mint and cucumber salad

- Grilled butternut squash with cinnamon and chilli butter, blood orange and lots of fresh
coriander
- Whole roast shallots with fresh horseradish cream
- Whole corguettes slow cooked with white wine, lots of dill, mint, butter and parsley
- Grilled whole aubergines with tahini and seasonal fruit molasses
