Regulations of the “Simulated Renewable Energy Sources Auction” Seminar
§1
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The “Simulated Renewable Energy Sources Auction” Seminar (“Seminar”) is organised by the Polish Wind
Energy Association with the registered office in Szczecin, address: 1/12-13 Bogusława X str., 70-440
Szczecin, registered in the register of associations, other public and professional organisations, foundations
and independent public health care institutions of the National Court Register managed by the District
Court Szczecin – Centrum in Szczecin, XIIIth Commercial Division of the National Court Register at number
KRS 0000097999, NIP tax identification number: 852-227-25-75, REGON number: 811949676. („PWEA”).
2. These regulations, hereinafter referred to as “the Regulations”, shall specify the terms and conditions for
the provision of services by PWEA related to the organisation of the Seminar, the terms and conditions for
the use od these services and the rules for the protection of personal data of SeminarAttendees.
3. The Regulations are available, free of charge, at http://psew.pl/pl/wydarzenia/ in a form enabling its
download, recording and printing. The Regulations are also available in the PWEA registered office
specified in §1(1) hereof.
4. Information concerning the Seminar is available at http://psew.pl/pl/wydarzenia/
5. The following definitions shall apply for the purposes of the Regulations:

Attendee – an individual who registered for the Seminar or who was registered for the Seminar by a
Registrant,
Registrant – a legal person, an individual conducting business activity or an unincorporated body that
concluded an agreement with PWEA pursuant to the terms and conditions laid down in the
Regulations.
Hotel or Conference Centre – the subject where the Seminar is held,
Registration – the making of a registration for the Seminary pursuant to the terms and conditions laid
down in the Regulations.
§2
CONCLUSION OF AN AGREEMENT
1. The conclusion of an agreement for the provision of a Service consisting in the participation in the Seminar
requires submission of a correctly filled-in form:
1) in an electronic format by email to [email protected] or
2) by fax to +48 91 48 62 538.
2. The agreement for the provision of a Service consisting in the participation in the Seminar is concluded
upon confirmation of receipt by PWEA of a correctly filled-in form by sending an email to the Registrant’s
address specified in the form.
3. Upon signing the registration form the Registrant:
1) accepts the Regulations,
2) represents that it has read the documents containing terms and conditions for the conclusion of the
agreement and accepts the contents of these documents,
3) consents to the processing of personal data by PWEA in the area necessary for proper performance of
the Service and consents to the assignment and transfer of such data to other subjects in the area and
for the purposes necessary for proper and due performance of the Service,
4) consents to the receipt of any and all information laid down in the Regulations, related to the
performance of the Service, by email on the address specified in the registration form.
4. The person signing the form shall be duly authorised to conclude the agreement on behalf of the
Registrant.
§3
SUBJECT OF THE THE AGREEMENT
1. The subject of the agreement for the provision of the training Service is the participation in the Seminar
organised by PWEA.
6. PWEA shall announce on the http://psew.pl/pl/wydarzenia/ website the data concerning the subject, date,
venue, agenda and price of the Seminar.
2. The conditions for participation in the Seminar are as follows:
1) registration for the Seminar pursuant to the terms and conditions laid down in the Regulations,
2) the payment of a relevant fee in the amount and within the deadline laid down in the Regulations.
4. Registration for the Seminar shall be made by correctly filling-in the registration form and sending it by
email to [email protected] or by fax to +48 91 48 62 538 by the day specified in the form as the registration
deadline.
5. PWEA shall have the right to refuse registration for the Seminar for convenience. In such case PWEA shall
refund the paid registration fee in full. Registration may be refused no later than 3 days before the the
Seminar date.
6. Any and all modifications made by a Registrant concerning the registration for the Seminar shall be made in
writing unless null and void.
7. A Registrant shall be obligated to fill in the registration form correctly and accurately.
8. PWEA shall not be held liable for losses caused by providing incorrect Participant or Registrant data in the
registration form.
9. A Registrant may change the registered Participant. To this end the Registrant shall sent a relevant notice
including the personal data of the new Participant, as required in the registration form, together with a
statement signed by the new Participant, consenting to the processing of personal data, by a registered
mail to the PWEA registered office, by email to [email protected] or by fax to +48 91 48 62 538 no later than
by 15 May 2015. Notices filed after the deadline mentioned above or incomplete notices shall be null and
void.
§4
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A Registrant shall be obligated to pay for the Seminar within 7 days from the Agreement execution date,
i.e. confirmation by PWEA of receipt of a correctly filled-in form by sending an email to the Registrant’s
address specified in the form.
A Registrant shall be obligated to pay the Seminar attendance fee and other consideration stemming
from the ordered participation package.
All bank charges shall be incurred by the Attendee or Registrant.
Upon the Participant’s or Registrant’s request PWEA shall issue VAT invoices. A VAT invoice may be
issued only after payment is recorded on the PWEA account. The invoice shall be sent by mail to the
address specified in the registration form after the payment is received.

RESIGNATION
OF ATTENDEE/REGISTRANT
1. A statement of resignation from participation in the Seminar shall be made in writing and sent to PWEA
registered office address or electronically to [email protected] or by fax to +48 91 48 62 538. In case of the
Participant’s / Registrant’s resignation from participation in the Seminar notified no later than by 10 May
2015 the Participant shall be eligible for a refund of the fees paid. Resignations made thereafter shall not
be subject to the refund; the Registrant shall incur 100 percent of the Seminar participation package price.
2. A Registrant may file resignation from participation in the Seminar applicable to all participants or
participants specified by the Registrant by name, registered by it for the Seminar.
3. If a Participant fails to attend the Semianr and submit a statement of resignation until 10 May 2015, the
Participant / Registrant shall not be entitled to claim refund of the participation fee or other dues paid by
virtue of the purchased participation package.
4. Provisions of this Section shall apply irrespectively of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.
§6
PARTICIPATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CIVIL LIABILITY
1. Attendees shall be obligated to follow the safety rules, OHS and fire protection regulations applicable on
the area of the Seminar venue.
2. An Attendee shall be held liable for any damages caused during the Attendant’s participation in the
Seminar.
3. The Registrant commits to cover any and all damages caused by commission or omission of the Participant
it registered for the Seminar.
4. PWEA, Hotel or Conference Centre or any other owner of the venue where the Seminar is held shall not be
held liable for the Attendees’ property that might be lost, destroyed or stolen during the Seminar or the
Attendee’s stay in conjunction with the Seminar.
5. PWEA, Hotel or Conference Centre or any other owner of the venue where the Seminar is held shall not be
held liable for any Attendee’s losses incurred during or in conjunction with the Seminar and caused by
Force Majeure or third party action, in particular actions of other Attendees.
6. In the case of any damage to the Attendee’s property, the Attendee shall be obligated to immediately
notify PWEA thereof.
7. Attendees shall incur any and all travel and accommodation costs related to the Seminar unless the
accommodation costs are included in the fee for the selected participation package.
8. The conditions for participation of an Attendee registered by a Registrant in the Seminar are as follows:
1) the making of a written statement confirming the familiarisation with and acceptance of the
Regulations. A Participant shall be presented the Conference Rules for familiarisation before
signing the statement. If an Attendee refuses to sign a relevant statement, PWEA shall have the
right to refuse entry to the Seminar without any liability for damages.
2) the payment of the Seminar attendance fee and other consideration stemming from the ordered
participation package (i.e. accommodation, catering, etc.).
§7
COMPLAINTS
1. Any and all Attendees’ or Registrants’ complaints against PWEA shall be filed in writing by registered mail
with confirmation of receipt sent to the address of PWEA.
2. The Attendees’ or Registrants’ complaints may be filed no later than within 7 days from the end day of the
Seminar.
3. No complaints shall be examined after the deadline specified in Paragraph 2 above.

FINAL RPOVISIONS

1. If the Seminar is cancelled due to reasons attributable to PWEA, an Attendee or Registrant shall be
refunded 100% of the amount paid, or following mutual agreement will be provided with a different
Seminar date.
2. If the Seminar is cancelled for ill-fated reasons or Force Majeure preventing both holding the Seminar and
cancelling it, an Attendee or Registrant shall not be entitled to compensation or refund of any fees incurred
to participate in the Seminar.
3. A Registrant shall be obligated to send to the PWEA registered office or by email to [email protected], within
7 days from the agreement execution date, the consents to the processing of personal data by PWEA in the
area necessary for proper performance of the Service and the consents to the assignment and transfer of
such data to other subjects in the area and for the purposes necessary for proper and due performance of
the Service signed by the Attendees being registered.
4. Any and all disputes that might arise out of conclusion of the agreement shall be settled by a court locally
competent for the PWEA registered office.
5. The Polish text of the Regulations shall be binding for settlement of potential disputes.
6. PWEA shall have the right to modify the Regulations at any time. PWEA shall notify all Registrants of each
modification to the Regulations by email sent on the addresses provided in the registration form. If a
Registrant does not accept the modifications to the regulations, it shall notify PWEA thereof by sending a
relevant statement to [email protected]. The absence of such a statement shall be deemed full acceptance
of the modifications to the Regulations.
7. Provisions of the Polish law, in particular Civil Code, shall apply to matters unsettled by the Conference
Rules and the registration form.
8. The Regulations shall become effective on 28 April 2015.
