1. Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors for the following work so as to
reach the office of the undersigned on 23-04-2015.

List of Key Personnel & Details of Technical staff.
NTN No. and Certificate of Professional Tax.
Bankers Certificate showing credit worthiness & Auditor’s Report of last three years.
Affidavit for Not Blacklisted or involved in arbitration / litigation with any client
during the last five years.
Proof of enlistment with other Organizations.
4. Those who fail to provide above mentioned Information / documents shall be disqualified.
5. After the completion of Pre-qualification, Tender documents will be issued to the selected prequalified firms upto 30-04-2015. Tenders will be received by the Director Services POFs Wah
Cantt upto 1100 hrs on 07-05-2015 and opened at 1200 hrs on the same date.
6. Firms / contractors already working with POFs may also provide the information / documents
of the ongoing projects.

4 C cable size at chamber bottom for supply to Chiller (360 KW,
700 A start current).
iv) Outgoing MCCB 01 No, 600 A rating, 25KA, TP to connect
300mm2 / 4 C cable size for supply to 100 Ton Refrigeration
plant.
v) Outgoing MCCB 02 Nos, 300 A rating, 25KA, TP for 185mm2 /
4 cable size at chamber bottom for supply to Hyd drives (2x55
KW).
vi) MISC MCCB 06 Nos, 50 A rating with adjustable O/L current
setting at chamber bottom.
