Release: Justin James Davenport wanted for Rape, Forcible Sodomy and Forcible Sexual
Abuse.
Davenport was arrested for Rape Felony 1, Forcible Sodomy Felony1 and Forcible Sexual Abuse
Felony 2. Davenport had a sexual relationship with a 15 year old female student while employed as a
teacher at Highland Jr. High. The relationship started in January 2013 and ended in November 2014.
Davenport was a teacher for one year with the Ogden School District during the 2012-2013 school
year. His employment with the school district has been terminated.
