Method
Ingham Chicken Nuggets as per pack instructions
1 Cook
and coarsely chop.
2 Combine pineapple pieces, mint, tomatoes, cucumber
and celery in a bowl.
3 Divide mixture into ten and pile into lettuce leaves.
Top with Nuggets.

4 tablespoons olive oil
4 eggs, beaten
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 small brown onion, chopped
2 cup frozen peas
