Port Vendors that align with the vision and mandate of Harbourfest will be selected by the Harbourfest !! Committee. Vendors will be located at the DOC Building and surrounding area, located west of the harbour (see map on page 3). !! !Booths not be subletted by the chosen applicants without approval from the Harbourfest !! may Vendors Committee. will be chosen based on diversity and quality. We are looking for both food and artisans. For example, if various vendors apply that are selling the same type of items, the Committee ! may only one. The event will be held, regardless of the !! weather. Refunds can not be issued to vendors due to weather conditions. Cancellation of this contract for any reason will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. !! Port Stanley BIA agrees to permit the exhibitor for the occupancy period stated on the !2. The application portion of this contract to use and occupy the assigned booth location(s) for the ! purpose of participating in Port Stanley Harbourfest 2015. !! !3. The exhibitor warrants that nothing displayed, sold or done by the exhibitor will be in violation of laws, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property right. The exhibitor agrees to ! any indemnify The Port Stanley BIA and save it harmless against all claims or demands by and ! liability to any or parties and all expenses and costs on a solicitor and client basis that may ! be incurred at party any time. If the exhibitor is or may be in breach of this warranty the Port Stanley ! BIA representative without limiting its other rights and remedies may without warning or prior !! notice close the exhibitor’s booth and eject the exhibitor from the grounds. !4. Any deadline will be charged a late fee of $100 per day. !! !6. The exhibitor agrees that none of the rights or authorities contracted for herein may be transferred ! to any other person(s) or entity(s) whatsoever without the expressed written consent of the !! organizer. !7.
