Buses will leave their respective collecting points at the exact time indicated for check-in and check-out. Latecomers will have to make their own transport arrangements. 4. Interested public officers are requested to fill in the enclosed form (Annex A) and submit same to the Council together with the exact amount. Please note that applicants should submit photocopy of a recent payslip and National Identity Card together with Birth Certificates for children under 18 years while effecting payments. 5. Tickets will be sold on a “first come first served basis” on Saturday 20 June 2015 from 0900 hrs to 1430 hrs and on weekdays as from Monday 22 June 2015 during office hours at the seat of the POWC, 6th floor, ATOM House, 16 Royal Street, P.Louis. 6. Cancellation will be accepted strictly for exceptional cases (e.g. illness, death of close relative) supported by evidence. 7. It would be appreciated if you could kindly arrange for this letter to be circulated to officers serving in your Ministry/Department/Division. 8.
