Your APRIL Prayer Guide
God of
hope and
healing
This month as we celebrate the resurrection of our
Lord and Savior, I urge you to take time to meet
God in His Word and spend extra time in prayer.
Through His Son, God has provided us all the
HOPE OF A NEW BEGINNING!
“Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life.
Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he
live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall
never die. Do you believe this?’” (John 11:25-26 ESV).
My prayer this month is that you find the hope
and healing Jesus Christ came to give. I also hope
you will join us in regular prayer for our ministry
together. Just use this prayer guide to stand with
us in proclaiming the Gospel!

Wednesday, April 1
Please pray that God will unify our camp staff as
we begin preparing to serve together at Boot Camp
this summer.
Thursday, April 2
Our Cross-Canada Tour has just wrapped up; please pray
for those who attended. Pray for new Bible Study Leaders
and for new classes.
Friday, April 3
Pray for pastors and wives in Pakistan, Russia, and other
countries in Eurasia, who are studying the marriage courses
and learning how to apply these principles to their own lives.
Pray as they overcome cultural differences.
Saturday, April 4
Pray for children in Eurasia studying D4Y courses as the
Lord opens their eyes to the truth of His Word.
Sunday, April 5
Please pray for Youth Leaders who were trained last
month in Luanda, Angola as they proceed in their next
phase of study. May God give them wisdom as they reach
more people for His glory!
Monday, April 6
As part of the Precept Network development in England and
Wales, Precept Ministries UK will be holding a training week
to equip Volunteer Precept Trainers. Please pray that God
is glorified and that these volunteers are empowered and
inspired to reach their communities with His love through the
tools of Inductive Bible Study.
Tuesday, April 7
Pray for our Marketing Team as they continue to look for
new and creative ways to extend the reach of Precept for
the purpose of establishing more people in God’s Word.

Wednesday, April 8
Please pray for a small group of German and Swiss
men and women who approached us with the request
to be trained as Precept leaders. We thank God for them
and are grateful for increased interest in becoming
leaders. Pray that each one will find their place in the
work of God’s kingdom, and that the Holy Spirit will
empower them to lead Precept Bible Studies and thereby,
make disciples.
Thursday, April 9
Our Heaven, Hell & Life After Death conference begins
tomorrow in Canada. Please pray for the small group
leaders as they prepare to lead teens, young adults,
parents, and youth leaders. Pray that those attending
would be challenged and encouraged.
Friday, April 10
The April installment of our Entrust Disciple-Making
School is happening this weekend. Please pray for our
faithful students and for those leading the sessions. Our
prayer is that God will multiply the results exponentially!
Saturday, April 11
Pray for God’s will in the process of selecting a new
National Director and Chairman of the Board for
Precept Northern Ireland.
Sunday, April 12
Many winter camps were held in Eurasia this year with
children, youth, and adults. Follow-up outreach programs
are now under way. Pray for these students and new
believers as they continue in God’s Word.
Monday, April 13
We are only two months away from the Recharge
Conference in Canada. Please pray for our breakout
speakers, that they will be seeking the Lord as they
prepare. Please also pray for those attending, that they
will be recharged and renewed over the course of the
weekend. Pray for Mark Sheldrake and Bob Vereen as
they speak during the main sessions.

Tuesday, April 14
Please pray as we finish up the homeschool classes
we had on campus this spring. Pray for these young
men and women to take what they learned in 2
Timothy and share it with others. Pray they catch the
vision to make disciples.
Wednesday, April 15
Please pray for Bob Gilbert and Adan as they travel
to Costa Rica April 16 – 22. Ask God to provide travel
protection and to use them effectively in training others
how to lead Precept Bible Studies in Spanish.
Thursday, April 16
The Training Workshop How to Study the Old Testament
History and Prophecy & New Testament Letters begins
tomorrow at Sagemont Church in Houston, Texas. Pray
God will bring the fruit of more people studying His Word
as a result.
Friday, April 17
The spring Women’s Conference begins today in
Chattanooga. Please pray for Kay and the other speakers
as they encourage and challenge women to go deeper into
God’s Word.
Saturday, April 18
Pray for Christians and missionaries who suffer persecution
and daily hardships in Arab and Muslim countries. Christians
are targeted, arrested, and punished more severely for
repeat “offenses.”
Sunday, April 19
Pray for the women who attended the women’s
conference as they head home today. Ask God to use what
they have learned to better serve Him in their daily lives.
Monday, April 20
Precept Bible Study classes are starting to be established
among the Catholic community in Belfast, Northern
Ireland. Pray for wisdom and courage to go where God
leads us.

Tuesday, April 21
Pray for our Board of Directors and ministry leaders as
they continually seek God’s wisdom and guidance to
follow His leadership faithfully.
Wednesday, April 22
We are deeply grateful for our prayer warriors and
faithful financial partners. Pray God will continue to raise
up more prayer partners and financial supporters so we
can continue to Answer the Call of reaching 10 million
people with Inductive Bible Study.
Thursday, April 23
Pray for seminars and conferences in Eurasia with public
school teachers and for those who teach religion in
Romania, Ukraine, Moldova, Estonia, etc.
Friday, April 24
The Training Workshop How to Study the Old Testament
History and Prophecy & New Testament Letters begins
today at First Baptist Church in Garland, Texas. Pray for
those in attendance to have a desire to engage others in
God’s Word.
Saturday, April 25
Preparation is being made for our first training institute
in the south of Ireland. Pray for the new contacts we
have made and for the plans for this event in early June.
Sunday, April 26
Pray for the pastors who will proclaim “good news to the
captives” today. Ask God to encourage and strengthen
them as their calling and ministry.
Monday, April 27
Pray for God’s direction in choosing the next director for
Precept Korea.
Tuesday, April 28
Pray for the interns as they finish raising support in the
next two weeks. Also, please pray for them as many are
be busy with school assignments, final exams, work, and
making preparations to come next month.

Wednesday, April 29
Pray for pastors and leaders in countries where
communist influence is strong. Many of them face
persecution, house arrest, and interrogations. Ask that
they will be strong as they diligently study God’s Word
themselves, and as they lead others into a deeper
relationship with Christ.
Tuesday, April 30
Pray for Kay as she speaks at a Leader Gathering this
evening at First Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. Pray that
she will encourage the leaders attending and that the
result will be more people studying the Bible inductively.
