REMEMBER TO PRAY Guinea Please continue to pray for the Ebola situation. Though reports are encouraging in Liberia, there has been a rebound in the number of cases in Guinea and Sierra Leone. Pray especially for the many widows and orphans who survived the outbreak and are in desperate need of food and other necessities. “We estimate that there are more than 1,000 widows who will need help and probably around 4,000 orphans,” write Lori and Stephen Albright, who serve with Compassion and Mercy Associates (CAMA), the relief and development arm of The Alliance, in Guinea. Pray for God’s mighty provision and that many will encounter Jesus through relief efforts that include food distribution and small-business loans.
