Pro-Cache is a quiet and compact desktop appliance that can be optionally rack-mounted in 3RU of rack space. It is best suited for low-medium volume
archive workﬂows and is a complete all-in-one solution.

Simple Drag & Drop Archiving
Archive from Network Storage Systems (SAN/NAS)
Pro-Cache appliances provide their own network share containing a folder
that you can simply drop content into and the system will move it onto tape.
We call this folder the VTAPE and it shows up natively in the network ﬁle
system on both Mac and PC.
Network storage systems such as ProMAX Platform host shares
which can be mounted on Pro-Cache Archive Appliances. Once
mounted, they are easily accessible via the web interface for users to
copy content to LTO tapes.

SUAP [Software Updates & Assurance]
Every ProMAX Pro-Cache includes a 1 year SUAP plan. ProMAX SUAP plans ensure you have direct access to our Technical Support Group,
Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm PST, and guarantees your team is working with the latest version of Platform software including all of the newest features,
and functionality that we develop to improve your workﬂows. In addition, 24x7 SUAP programs are available for our customers working in
mission critical environments. We take pride in providing support that’s as reliable and performance-driven as our systems.
Hardware Warranty
ProMAX Pro-Cache includes a 3 year limited warranty on the server and components. Enterprise hard drives used by Pro-Cache carry a 5 year
manufacturer warranty.
