We would like to thank you all for your years of participation and support for the PSOW
Conference. We understand how important your contribution is to our conference with your
financial commitments and the EMS-specific products that you provide to our attendees.
We have heard many times, from many of you, that this conference provides you and your
companies with meaningful customer contacts. This is the only conference that specifically
focuses on the EMS Service Directors, EMS Medical Directors, Fire Chiefs/EMS Staff and
Paramedic Training Centers. The people that attend this conference either directly place the
orders for goods and services or have final approval for those orders.
We also want to extend sincerest apologies for the conflict in scheduling that occurred at last
year’s conference that led to less than stellar activity in the exhibit area. This conflict was due to
attempts to accommodate a national speaker’s travel itinerary. We pledge to you that we have
made changes to ensure that the premium contact time that you have enjoyed over the years
will be restored this year. We are also bringing back the “vendor showcase” as the last
conference session of the day on Wednesday. Historically, the vendor showcase has proven to
be a valuable venue for attendees to learn of new technologies in emergency medical services.
We believe that the management-level profile of the conference attendees and the reasonable
registration fees of $350.00 make this a valuable conference on your schedules. We have also
moved the Conference Banquet to Thursday evening. This will allow you to entertain your
customers as you see fit at the conclusion of the “Hospitality with the Vendors” on Wednesday.
Lastly, our conference relies on the support of the attendees and vendor to maintain the lowest
possible cost for everyone. You will find attached to this letter an opportunity to support the
conference monetarily by selecting one of the sponsorships. Your generous support will allow
us to continue on for many years in the future.
