Aqua Interval – High‐intensity workout with easy to follow, repetitive moves demonstrated on deck and in the water by the instructor. For cardio junkies!

Aqua Joints‐ Instructor demonstrates non‐impact exercises in warm pool. Improve range of motion, strength and endurance with mild Aqua Stretch & Tone ‐ Experience a wide variety of challenging fitness exercises to build strength while the warm water soothes joints. Aqua Xtreme‐ Instructor in the water leads challenging cardiovascular workout while the warm water soothes joints. Equipment optional. Aqua Yoga ‐ Experience effective flows and poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, range of motion and an awareness of the breath. Aqua Zumba ‐ A Latin‐inspired, calorie‐burning workout you won't want to end. The instructor demos the easy‐to‐follow moves on deck. Bring It Interval – Aerobic and strength training mix, driving intensity without burn‐out. Fantastic for cross‐training!
CardioJam ‐ A 55 minute high/low class with great music and high energy. Fun, easy to follow choreography that can be modified.
Core & More – A perfect introductory 25 minute class that focuses on challenging the abdominals, glutes, lower back, hips and shoulders. EmPower – Easy‐to‐follow barbell strength training class works every major muscle group to develop endurance, stamina, balance and core.
EmPower Plus – Same barbell strength training class (EmPower) that includes short cardio exercises for an additional calorie burn.
FIT ‐ (Functional Integrated Training) Improve strength, range of motion, and flexibility while becoming leaner. Stength training for all. Hip Hop Fitness ‐ Using the music of today and easy to follow, repetitive moves you will tone, groove and have a blast!
Kickin’ It – Jabs, uppercuts, side kicks, and front kicks; execute these moves while you get an excellent cardiovascular and toning experience.
Pilates Barre ‐ Multi‐level Pilates class for the beginner to the experienced participant incorporating small isometric movements and ballet style barre work.
Pilates Core Power ‐ Pilates class which incorporates a foam roller to challenge core strength while improving balance and flexibility. Pilates Mat Core ‐ Free class for the beginner to the experienced participant using the mat to strengthen the core and reinforce the classic principles of length and breath. Piloxing ‐ Blends boxing's power, speed and agility with Pilates' sculpting and flexibility demands plus a touch of sleek and empowering PiYo ‐ Cranked up yoga and Pilates based choreography that delivers a fat‐burning, low‐impact workout defining all the muscles.
Step – Intermediate step class where each instructor presents unique choreography. Step Advantage – A pre‐choreographed step class with repeated combinations week to week. A great way to learn how to "step"!
Step & FIT– a step class that alternates stepping segments and muscle‐toning segments for an effective cardio and strengthening experience. Studio Cycling – Aerobic and anaerobic drills to challenge all levels. Weekly schedule includes strength, interval and endurance rides.
Tabata – A thirty minute interval class of 20‐second anaerobic work bursts followed by 10‐second rests. Options for all fitness levels.
Turbo Kick – A 45 minute cardio kickboxing party choreographed to hot music mixes where fun is measured in sweat!

Zumba – Fusing hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy‐to‐follow moves is addicting. We want you to workout, love working out, and get Yoga Offerings:
Chair Yoga – Unique combination of strength and stretching exercises for those who appreciate modifications
Dharma Vinyasa Yoga – Intense combination of Vinyasa yoga and classical yoga which re‐integrates continuous flow.
Gentle Yoga – A gentler, slower version of Hatha Yoga that induces a calm, cool and relaxed state of being.
Hatha Yoga ‐ Himalayan tradition (HITA): no music, poses with intention, awareness, and ease. Provides integrity for health. Hatha Vinyasa Yoga ‐ An all‐levels‐welcome, slower flowing vinyasa class balnacing energizing poses with relaxation and resoration. Meditation – A 30 minute class that offers guided meditation practices to help cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and stress relief. Prana Flow Yoga ‐ Flowing sequences focused on breath‐initiated movement and awareness of energy within the body to empower, center and relax.
Power Vinyasa Yoga – Focused on the breath, practicing poses safely. Challenges participants to find their own edge, building strength and equanimity.
Power (Flow) Yoga ‐ Vigorous, athletic style of yoga that challenges students with quicker transitions between poses, building heat and flexibility.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga – Intense combination of Vinyasa yoga and classical yoga which re‐integrates continuous flow.
Yin Yoga/Meditation‐ Poses held for 3‐5 minutes to release connective tissue, cultivates a calm mind and prepare the body for seated mediation. Yoga for Every BODY ‐ A class that focuses on simple and sustainable breath practices and yoga poses. Yoga for Men ‐ Includes using athletic movements to develop stamina and strength as well as exercises to improve balance and mental focus.
Yoga Sculpt ‐ Hybrid of yoga and light weight resistance training with energizing music. Come ready to sweat, tone and breathe!
