About Prep
Thank you for allowing Prep to serve you. We prepare organic,
nutrient-dense meals. We only serve organic, non-GMO
products. Our proteins are organic, free-range, grass-fed and/or
wild-caught. Our vegetables are organic or from local farms that
practice sustainable agriculture. We are an eco-friendly
operation and prefer reusable containers, to help save the planet.

Our first & foremost concern are you goals & expectations:

Second, your Meal Plan:
• 5 Meals: Monday - Friday, Lunch only
• 6 Meals: Monday - Saturday, Lunch only
• 10 Meals: Monday - Friday, Lunch & Dinner
• 12 Meals: Monday - Saturday, Lunch & Dinner
Third, your Containers:
• Initial fee for re-usable containers at $1/meal. All you do is
return them cleaned for more meals!

• Pick Up: Free
• Delivery: $5.00

How it Works...
Menu
We offer a Nutrition Consultation for $40 to go over specific goals; by
doing that, we ask that you visit Nutrishop Glendora or West Covina
for a FREE InBody Test & FREE Meal Plan. These are important tools
to have in reaching your goals. This is optional, however, we emphasize
that you take advantage of the FREE program. It is a great baseline to
where you start and a great way to track your progress.
Meals are always fresh! We prep Sundays & Wednesdays; Sunday for
Monday - Wednesday meals and Wednesday for Thursday - Saturday
meals. Each time we prep, the menu variety, flavor, texture and
appearance changes; to break monotony.
Payments for Prep are paid per week, on Sunday upon delivery. We
accept cash, check, credit card, Chase QuickPay or PayPal.
